Purchase your bus ticket easily in 5 steps using the net banking and just take over the ticket in the bus

Step 1: Fill out the inquiry at our website

To get the information on the exact ticket price for the route you want to take, including discounts you can get, and to check availability of seats on the desired travel date, please fill out the questionnaire Buy ticket online

Step 2: Confirmation of seats availability

Within 24 hours you will receive our answer with information about the ticket price and seats availability on the bus. If there are no available seats on a given date, you will be offered alternative dates, which availability we guarantee within 6 hours from the moment our email confirmation of confirmation has been sent. 

Step 3: Pay the ticket using net banking

After you have received our confirmation email and after choosing a travel date, you need to make the payment using the net banking. Note: the exact amount stated in our email has to be payed.

When using net banking the following informations are obligatory to input:

  • ● Your general informations (your name and surname, bank account number, name of the bank)

Informations about Panturist (the beneficiary):

  • ●  Company name and headquarter: PANTURIST DD, SVETOG LEOPOLDA BOGDANA MANDICA 33, 31000 OSIJEK
  • ●  Giro account number and name of the bank: 
    • 2500009-1102002495 (HYPO-ALPE-ADRIA-BANK DD)
  • ●  Payment amount: the exact amount stated in Panturist email
  • ●  Model / Approval number: 00 5555
  • ●  Payment description: BUS TICKET input the line (for example BUS TICKET OSIJEK – UMAG)
  • ●  Confirm the payment and save the payment confirmation received from the bank.

Step 4: Send the email with a payment confirmation

Send the Payment confirmation (PDF or Word document received from the bank) to email address informacije@panturist.hr (name ONLINE TICKET) along with the following information:

  • ●  Name and surname of all passengers
  • ●  Exact travel date in departure and in return (if you are buying a return ticket, you need to make and pay seat reservation at the destination)
  • ●  Bus line/route (the same route you have input in the payment form ) 

Step 5: Print out Panturist email ONLINE TICKET CONFIRMATION

After you have sent the a payment confirmation email, you will receive from us the email ONLINE TICKET CONFIRMATION. This email is our official confirmation on your successful ticket purchase.

You should do the following:

  • ● print out the ONLINE TICKET CONFIRMATION and bring along with you on a travel date
  • ● hand out the printed email to our driver
  • ● receive your original ticket from the driver and enjoy the journey

Note: if you have bought a return ticket, don´t forget to make seat reservation in return (at your destination).
